Only negative is the garage tried to convince us to pay for a whole load of other issues they claimed to have found, brake fluid replacement, engine decarbonisation and flush plus replacement of coolant. We didn’t bite as had a full Mazda dealership service last year. Point being great service from you but don’t need to be rinsed by the garage fortunately I’m not gullible!

Fixter was recommend to be and I was a bit unsure at first but the whole process of booking my MOT, having to then change the day due to work commitments and the overall communication from them made everything easy. On the the day itself, I was phoned to say someone would be with me in 15 mins to pick up my car and deliver it to the garage and it was then communicated what the car needed doing, which was nothing (a total bonus!) My car was then delivered back to my house at the end of the day.. couldn’t fault them or their service. Highly recommend.

Car was picked up promptly, I was kept in the picture re work needing done throughout the day and car was delivered when said. I was glad I discovered this service as it was so convenient for me and enabled me to go to work.

It was easy to book and convenient in using but it turned out more expensive than I assumed but they did give me the option to only spend on those items they deemed important.

It was easy to book and service , good and efficient. However delivery time of the car was later than originally confirmed

They collect your vehicle.. assess it.. let you know what work needs to be done.. fix it.. then drop it back without you lifting a finger.

Polite and helpful, and gave confidence that all was going well. Plus kept to all to times that were sent re picking up the car and bring it back all round a great experience

Was hesitant at first, however can vouch for their services. Had a good experience and at affordable prices as compared to the market
