It was a good experience on the day, my only complaint is that they could not do it on the day I booked, and rearranged for the following week and I was only notified the day before of the changes.

This is the second time I've used fixter, very convenient. The only negative comment would be my car was picked up late but that was due to illness, however it came back the same day.
