Ford Galaxy power steering fluid flush & replacement

The website was easy, quick. Thought it would be too expensive but we managed it. I had to call their customer service to change a date and they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable. The money is not taken until the job is done. The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us. Extremely convenient service, we will definitely use Fixter again.

The repair that needed to be done Was done with no problem, The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the lack of communication
