Jaguar XJ power steering fluid flush & replacement

I Was understandably a little dubious having never used a service like fixter, now I doubt I’ll ever drive my own car to the garage again. Very transparent, fast, and friendly service and it couldn’t be easier to organise. My car passed its MOT first time and no further work was needed, so I’m not sure what the service would be like if the car needed work and if it would be value for money so can’t comment there, but my experience was great.

Easy handover, no hidden charges. Was perfect as I needed to work uninterrupted for the day, all comms came through via text and vehicle was returned to me in the exact spot. Friendly and courteous staff.

Absolutely fantastic! My car was pick up taken to the garage where work was carried out and then brought back before detailed time. It was also cost efficient, I was quoted over a hundred pound more for the same job from another company.

I was impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of Fixter and will certainly use them again. The only, very slight, problem was that my booking was moved back by one day but luckily I was able to accommodate this. My usual garage could no longer provide a collection and delivery service but Fixter was able to do so and the men who did so were punctual and pleasant.
