All arrangements were great. Our car was picked up and later dropped back as expected. The only concern is that the garage failed the MOT because of apparent windscreen washer not working, a surprise to me as I regularly use the washer and it always worked. They charged me £30 to rectify! I had no choice but to pay. However, the right hand washer has been misadjusted, and now it does not aim at the driver’s side of the windscreen! The guy who came to pick up the car was very polite,professional and friendly. Being kept up to date was handy, even though £64 for wipers was a bit expensive the total amount wasn't bank breaking. Getting the car picked up and dropped off was brilliant, especially as I find walking difficult, I was able to get on with my day without having to spend all the time at the garage.
