People who came to pick up were polite and helpful, garage came back with what needed doing by text which I just had to confirm I was happy with repairs. The car was brought back same day. Couldn't ask for a better service.

I was charged for something that the garage has broke in my car. I am definitely not happy about that. Apart from that I had a good experience, hence the 3 stars. ****EDIT**** I was contacted by Fixter and they sort out everything to my complete satisfaction. I have been using this service since 2021 and have very satisfied with the service they offer. Apart from that small issue that was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anybody. Keep up the good work and the care to your customers.

It's the second year the garage arrange people come to my house to pick up the car. And after the service and MOT they send it back to my house. They provide convenience to customer. I am happy with their service. I'll do the same next year.
