Great experience and great communication from Fixter. Would definitely use again. Ideal for people working from home as pick up and delivery time of the car may still vary in accordance with the deadlines...bus as I work from home had no issue to wait for a bit. Booking was easy and fixter kept me up to date with where my vehicle was booked in and for when. Having the vehicle picked up and dropped off worked well as we only have the one vehicle and we both work full time. So getting it down to a garage and having to wait for it is difficult. The only slight issue was that the garage didn't collect our vehicle in the time slot specified, and hadn't notified us of the delay. However after speaking with a Fixter operator they got us an update and the vehicle was picked up within the hour.
