Citroen C4 Picasso starter motor replacement

A very simple process. Online booking for car service, price was discounted and had car picked up and dropped off. It doesn’t get any easier or simpler than this. First time using fixter but definitely won’t be the last. Better than the 5 stars that I could give.

Some of my contacts were very helpful, others less so. The car pickup, repairs and delivery went very well except that you had my house number wrong on the job details. I noticed this and sent you an email but it wasn't corrected for the delivery. I later tried to correct the number but neither I nor your helpdesk was able to do so - I was told I would have to raise it for my next booking.

Great service and MOT completed in same day and car picked up and delivered for a small charge. Well worth the extra to get the car collected. The garage kept me up to date all day with progress and that included pick up and drop off times. I will definitely use this service again in Sheffield 5 stars
