This was my first experience with Fixter. They were so helpful, and explained exactly what was going to happen, at what time and where. My car was picked up when they said, the driver very polite and answered all my questions, (I was a little nervous handing over my car keys to a total stranger) but I got text messages through out the day saying it arrived at the garage and what needed to be done. I was just getting an MOT but they did tell me what was needed to pass the MOT and what could wait to be fixed at a later date. Once agreed on what was needed to pass MOT, I paid and the car was delivered back on the appointed time with the MOT certificate. This was easy, efficient, no time wasting, and lovely staff to deal with. I'll be using Fixter again, and again...

In fact, the garage rang and asked to pick up the car early, so they could ensure they ordered the right cam belt and not have any delays on the day of planned maintenance. I'm really please with this service and Fixter's website, which is easy to use and very clearly laid out.

Only negative is the garage tried to convince us to pay for a whole load of other issues they claimed to have found, brake fluid replacement, engine decarbonisation and flush plus replacement of coolant.
We didn’t bite as had a full Mazda dealership service last year.
Point being great service from you but don’t need to be rinsed by the garage fortunately I’m not gullible!
