I was a bit surprised to hear from the driver that he doesn’t receive any tips. I had left £5 tip when I booked my car in, which they said goes to the driver. This is why I have deducted a star from the rating. I did mention this when they asked for feedback, but I’m yet to receive a response.

Great service! I was updated at each stage. Driver was held up in the morning due to traffic, I called and was given a prompt update and the driver arrived shortly after. Car was taken away safely, I was updated on it's arrival to the garage and work was completed early and my car returned early. Thank you

From pick up to the end I was kept in the loop.unfortunately when it came to the delivery time I was kept waiting one and a half hours with no explanation why when I tried to get in touch on the phone it was a complete wast of time not everybody has access to internet if they booked by phone they should be able to contact by phone
