Great experience and great communication from Fixter. Would definitely use again. Ideal for people working from home as pick up and delivery time of the car may still vary in accordance with the deadlines...bus as I work from home had no issue to wait for a bit. It's a good concept and Idea in theory, but unfortunately really might be slightly different...as you can't always control the garages...and yes you still need to be there to hand over the keys, or collect the keys once returned. But as I said if any issue Fixter are quick to jump in and get answers for you. Thanks guys, 5 Stars can't fault your input.

Good service but please clean the car before returning it

Very happy with the service Vehicle was collected and delivered as agreed and MOT was completed.

First time I have used Fixter and was pleased with the service received.

Very straightforward process for booking. On the day, the mechanic phoned to say he was on his way at the prearranged time. Was kept informed throughout the day and the car was returned, again, at the prearranged time. Can’t fault Fixter or the garage. (Last year I used servicingstop - was the worst experience I have ever dealt with regarding my car/MOT, so Fixter have absolutely restored my faith.)

I used Fixer for the first time. My car was picked up on time and I was kept informed about my vehicle throughout the MOT. The only thing I was a little concerned about was that I had no paperwork to say that my car had been picked up, although they did notify me that it had arrived safely. The car was returned on time later in the day. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Well done.

Needed a fan belt fitted ASAP. Fixter picked up the car fixed it and delivered it back to me. Excellent service.

The ease as my car was collected. Mot done and sorted any problems. Then returned without having to do a thing. It was quick and efficient.
