All pretty good really. The car was back within 2 hours of it going. My only comment is that access to my car radio had disappeared when I first drove it afterwards. It had a strange icon asking me to plug in some connection which I had never seen before. Eventually I worked out how to delete this and restore the radio connection. Either the guy who collected the car or someone at the garage had obviously attached some temporary device and not reversed it when they finished.

Intrigued, I had a look through and was attracted by the convenience of the service. They pick the car up, do the service and deliver it back - only carrying out additional work with your permission. I gave it a go and all went through really smoothly. Paid a small amount for additional work to be done but no unexpected surprises. Would definitely recommend.
