This service is the future! I’m very busy with work which results I’m not having much time dealing with personal things such as my car. I noticed that the water pump was leaking so found Fixter and thought I’ll give it a try, I was skeptical at first but happy I made the move as this will be my go to option now. The whole pickup/drop off procedure was amazing and kept me regularly updated, I was quoted £400 for timing belt & water pump but garage was honest and changed price to £207 as only water pump needed to be changed, it’s hard to find honest garages now a days! I will deffo recommend Fixter to friends & families.

This was a very good service that I was impressed with, the only slight concern I had was once my car had been picked up by the fixter operative and dropped off at the garage, then the tracking system stopped. So I had no idea what garage my car was at and what was happening to it.

I had a really good experience ! I would recommend to friends and family but the only blip is that I was told my car would be collected between 8.30am and 10am but they didn’t arrive until 11.40am. My service was perfect and my car was back by 4.30pm - so all good in the end and I’m very happy.
