Very impressed with the service I received. I was dreading having to drive the car anywhere, especially having problems with the computer not communicating with the gearbox and having problems with the particle filter. Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. Will definitely use Fixter in the future and will let friends and family know of the great service I received. Well done!

Great service from the team. Kept up to date on my cars mot and the price of wipers that I needed to get changed. Car picked up and dropped off at the agreed times, this was very helpful to me as I've had a back operation recently and couldn't drive.

Had to change the appointment time

Easy booking process. Car was picked up one hour later than scheduled but I was informed of this well in advance. All smooth and got MOT sorted. Would recommend and I would also consider for a full service.

1st time using service very straight forward reasonable in pricing. Will definitely use service again
