I found the process simple and fast. Extra repairs were an easy process. The pick up and drop off were an added bonus.

I was charged for something that the garage has broke in my car. I am definitely not happy about that. Apart from that I had a good experience, hence the 3 stars. ****EDIT**** I was contacted by Fixter and they sort out everything to my complete satisfaction. I have been using this service since 2021 and have very satisfied with the service they offer. Apart from that small issue that was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anybody. Keep up the good work and the care to your customers.

Easy to book and the car pick up and delivery was done on time. The garage information was sent a day before and extra work to align headlight was sent on sms with payment requested before commencing the work. Overall a good experience and I’ll use them again for the convenience.
