Fixter was recommend to be and I was a bit unsure at first but the whole process of booking my MOT, having to then change the day due to work commitments and the overall communication from them made everything easy. On the the day itself, I was phoned to say someone would be with me in 15 mins to pick up my car and deliver it to the garage and it was then communicated what the car needed doing, which was nothing (a total bonus!) My car was then delivered back to my house at the end of the day.. couldn’t fault them or their service. Highly recommend.

Already given 5 star review.Everything was on time pick up and early delivery. Good price on service. Nice polite drivers. Will definitely use again.

Only negative is the garage tried to convince us to pay for a whole load of other issues they claimed to have found, brake fluid replacement, engine decarbonisation and flush plus replacement of coolant. We didn’t bite as had a full Mazda dealership service last year. Point being great service from you but don’t need to be rinsed by the garage fortunately I’m not gullible!

I like the experience which is fast and convenient. However, the costs are higher. It would be good if there are a few options for garages. So customer can choose which one they prefer. Also there is no ratings on garages. So it is a bit luck or no luck.
