So glad I came across Fixter, they make things so simple and easy, stress free.This is the second time I have used them and both times I have been more than impressed.
I needed a new auxiliary belt for my Renault Capture and when I call Renault (Martins Basingstoke) they quoted me £520!! Fixter charged me £62.50 plus they collected the car from my home and delivered it back the same day.Incredible price difference.

Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere.
Everything a service based company should be.
From start to finish the process was simple, efficient and most importantly, excellent value for money.
So many businesses in the UK could learn a thing or two from this organisation.
I will go to Fixter first in future and hope that their model continues to remain as just as it is.

The website was easy, quick. Thought it would be too expensive but we managed it.
I had to call their customer service to change a date and they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable.
The money is not taken until the job is done.
The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us.
Extremely convenient service, we will definitely use Fixter again.
