I was dreading having to drive the car anywhere, especially having problems with the computer not communicating with the gearbox and having problems with the particle filter. Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. Will definitely use Fixter in the future and will let friends and family know of the great service I received. Well done!

Great service and a great price too

Great service overall. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was some confusion about my booking the day before my car MOT. Otherwise great.

Easy booking process. Car was picked up one hour later than scheduled but I was informed of this well in advance. All smooth and got MOT sorted. Would recommend and I would also consider for a full service.
