I have found that dealing with Fixter very easy & straightforward & the quality of work done by the various garages that are on their list is efficient & very good.

I have taken my car to a few garages to diagnose and fix a niggling issue. They promised to get back to me saying they needed to get some parts but they never did. After waiting for weeks I finally found Fixter using Copoilot and I must say it is the best service I’ve ever had. It is like a concierge service where everything is done for you and you are updated on the progress of the work being done. I had my car picked up, the fault repaired at last, and delivered back to me the same day though it was scheduled to be returned the next day. Truly I can’t recommend them enough. On the whole very efficient, though you could have fixed my wing mirror rather than suggest a new one. I have fixed it myself. Otherwise very punctual, reasonably priced, very polite very quick.

They collected my car from home. They sent pictures of parts that needed replacing before doing it. Delivered it back on time

Fantastic service, the car was collected in the morning, work completed, serviced and put through the MOT and then was delivered back in the afternoon. Good pricing too!

The service of collecting and returning my car was outstanding, communication from the garage was good advising what needed attention, however there was no information given on what exactly was checked during the service which would have been good to know.
