Great, easy to book but garage was late picking up & I had to chase a lot

The guys are really great, and took good care of my car! (mechanics & drivers) I've used their service more than once - MOT, Servicing & other work - and will use them again. Highly recommended. :) PS don't normally do reviews, but making an exception.

Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere. Everything a service based company should be. From start to finish the process was simple, efficient and most importantly, excellent value for money. So many businesses in the UK could learn a thing or two from this organisation. I will go to Fixter first in future and hope that their model continues to remain as just as it is.

Good service

This is the second year in a row I have used Fixter. Aside from the competitive pricing, the service from both Fixter and IAuto in Croydon was fantastic. They collected and dropped my car and it was a seamless hassle-free service. Well done. Fully recommended.

Good idea needs to improve in execution.

Great service. Did exactly what they said they would do on time and on budget Really handy getting mot and service together and they sort pick up, delivery and the garage. Used them before. Wouldnt go anywhere else now
