The work was more complicated than anticipated following an online quote; so the cost was higher, but this was not a surprise once the car had been delivered for the work to be assessed in detail. It was a bonus that CAM garage could fit the work in quickly and the result of the repair is 'so far so good'. Great with a but

Firstly the good points, very quick to respond, very good idea to get a garage to quickly sort your car instead of having to ring around everywhere. Now, this is a bit of a thing. The price quoted was far too cheap, I knew it and so did the garage, so an extra charge wasn't a suprise to me but it might be to some. Better to be straight up with a quote than for customers to get a nasty suprise later. But overall a great idea that saves a lot of time and effort
