Great service almost 5 stars except for...

Gave them 4 stars as the overall service was great and made my life easier. I will use them again. Lost a star as their chat bot is rubbish, but mostly because I think that they should add photos or video of the work being done. A before, maybe during, and definitely after. The work on my car was underneath and therefore very hard for me to check the work was done without crawling under the car and possibly having to remove some covers too.

Had a great experience with Fixter and the Garage that they sent me to. Kept me informed and updated on what was happening with my Jaguar XF. Although the price quoted to me was not relivent, due to off the shelf parts being no use for my vehicle. Therefore, had to get genuine Jaguar parts. The boys at PAK Motors Govan, went over and above great service to get me back on the road again. I have used PAK motors before and would highly recommend them. I received a fantastic service. Exactly as they promised it. They picked up my car for free and re-delivered it after a few hours. Everything was spot on and I was extremely happy with the process. I also got a voucher to use next time and I will definitely recommend this service to my friends
