Great service. Car collected and taken to garage. The part wasnt in stock only a more expensive part, bumping the quoted price close to other prices. Not fixters fault. Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

So pleased with Fixter, such a smooth running service, from my car being picked up from home to the work being completed and delivery back onto my drive. Very impressed, Fixter kept me updated in regards to the work being done, and all for a very good price, Renault dealers price was almost five hundred pounds more, so don’t get caught paying over the top! Will definitely use Fixter again.

The car was collected by a friendly and helpful gentleman, I received a call later on informing me of the full extent of the problem which was not as bad as I thought, and saved me money. Then it was returned to me by the same gentleman who was kind and friendly. I will be glad to use this service again next time I have a problem.

Assigned me to a garage for MOT and car was collected from home. I was easily able to contact fixter for advice regarding the issue I had with the car and make specific arrangements prior to the garage collecting the car. Excellent customer service and very polite assistance received over the phone. I did not manage to get the man’s name who I spoke to but he was very helpful. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Faultless Service! Very easy to arrange the service on line. Charming and polite young chap picked up the car at the allotted time. Great communication throughout the day advising on any required additional work and associated costs on the vehicle. Car returned bang on time and drives like a new car! Service could not be faulted. I had a really good experience ! I would recommend to friends and family but the only blip is that I was told my car would be collected between 8.30am and 10am but they didn’t arrive until 11.40am. My service was perfect and my car was back by 4.30pm - so all good in the end and I’m very happy.
