Have used fixter on a couple of occasions and the service and updates of what was happening have been great, can’t fault them, but on this occasion I wasnt very happy,they picked the car up at the david time, and when it arrived at the garage they tex me to say it was there which was great, they told me it would be back before 6pm the latest, from the point they recieved the car I had no updates at all, didn’t even know if the car had passed mot or not,come 6 pm the car still had nit been returned to me, so I was thinking all kinds of things, then 7pm knock at the door they had bought my car back, no apologies for the lateness just gave me paper and said goodbye. But as I say have never had any trouble in the past, so I will use them again, despite lack of communication, and lateness of the return

A MOT certificate was left in the car but I would have appreciated a rundown of the various tests and any recommendations from the garage. Pickup and delivery drivers were great. Car disappeared and came back with the same warning light showing, so had to repeat the process, free of charge the second time. Seemed to be a disconnect between Fixter and the garage. It's a good service and I would be happy to use them again as they tried to remedy the problem - and succeeded.
