Vauxhall Viva winter health check

Since writing the review below and only rating Fixter at 2 stars, I have had a call back from an excellent customer services rep who had looked into my complaints, upheld them and addressed them. They have reimbursed me for the MOT and apologised for their lack of initial response. I hope this learning will improve the service for the future. Thank you to Stadia for her excellent work. I booked with Fixter after reading positive reviews but unfortunately my experience was not so good. The car was dropped back before the agreed time, and, despite someone being at home, they just put the keys through the door, so I could not communicate with them. It was returned filthy after I had had l it washed the day before and was literally sparkling when picked up. There was no MOT certificate with it and so I called to ask for one. I was told that they weren't given out any more which is not true as my husband had one the week before. It takes 5 days to update online so I had no proof my car had an in date MOT during that time. The customer service personnel said they would get back to me with feedback from the garage but never did. I then followed up with an email and never had a reply. I feel ignored.

Well I think that it felt like the staff was on my side when it came to sticky situations with the contractor.

Quick, convenient and easy access online, As a single older woman. I felt very reassured with the whole process and would recommend to other woman. Staff are helpful and friendly and very supportive with any queries I had. Very fair quotes and pricing. Very happy overall.

Filter made fixing my car easy and convenient,cause I got time to attend my other appointments. Picked the car from home and brought it back.

Very good friendly service. Good communication and reliable. Spoke through everything before agreeing to any additional work. The only issue I have is that the car is not cleaned as part of the service. When I used other services or garages they always return the car looking nice and shiny. Lost a star for that.

the car was picked up when said and delivered as stated so i didnt loose any time in work. The gentleman delivering the car was polite and pleasant. Everything I expected.

The car was picked and delivered on time. All the work was completed as planned. Additional work was notified to me by email and a text for me to approve. The communication was very reliable and transparent with all the costs and dependencies explained well.

The garage carried out a full service along with an Mot..car was collected on time as agreed, driver was courteous and friendly. Would use again.
