Pretty good really
All pretty good really. The car was back within 2 hours of it going. My only comment is that access to my car radio had disappeared when I first drove it afterwards. It had a strange icon asking me to plug in some connection which I had never seen before. Eventually I worked out how to delete this and restore the radio connection. Either the guy who collected the car or someone at the garage had obviously attached some temporary device and not reversed it when they finished.

Excellent. When I asked how long the MOT would take and when the car would be returned as I was a district nurse waiting to go out on patient home visits, it was done and back with me within a couple of hours. Friendly staff too.

Very impressed with the service I received. I was dreading having to drive the car anywhere, especially having problems with the computer not communicating with the gearbox and having problems with the particle filter.
Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle.
Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates.
He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work.
Professionalism at its best.
Will definitely use Fixter in the future and will let friends and family know of the great service I received.
