BMW crankshaft pulley replacement

The work delivered was fine and easy to book. However, things didn't go to plan post suggested work for service was paid for. My planned return or my car was by 3 pm, unfortunately, I didn't receive my car until 6 pm. I had to call and follow up several times. If you have important plans that day be weary you may be impacted
