Lexus crankshaft pulley replacement

I was pleasantly surprised by the service that Fixter provided me. I have requested a change of the headlight, not knowing that I actually need a daytime running light (newbie driver here). It was not a problem - the mechanic got the required bulb in no time, and changed it on the spot.

I couldn’t use my regular garage and found out about Fixter after going to a local garage’s website which took me to the Fixter website. Intrigued, I had a look through and was attracted by the convenience of the service. They pick the car up, do the service and deliver it back - only carrying out additional work with your permission. I gave it a go and all went through really smoothly. Paid a small amount for additional work to be done but no unexpected surprises. Would definitely recommend.

Booked this company for the first time, couldn’t have been easier! Car picked up by a lovely guy called Boyden, really clear communication from him and the company. Not a single word in the world. Was able to book on the summer offer but I suspect we’ll be back next year for the MOT

The overall service was excellent. Since the booking,to pick up the vehicle,during the appointment till the delivery I was updated with all information.The fixter colleague who pick the car was extremely polite and gave me all the information I needed. Highly recommended 👌
