I was dreading having to drive the car anywhere, especially having problems with the computer not communicating with the gearbox and having problems with the particle filter. Fixter sent out a driver to collect the car and conduct a diagnostic on the vehicle. Very impressed with the agent (Ameer), ringing me up throughout the day giving me updates. He made enquiries on my behalf regarding an authorisation number (warranty) before commencing work. Professionalism at its best. Will definitely use Fixter in the future and will let friends and family know of the great service I received. Well done!

Easy booking process. Car was picked up one hour later than scheduled but I was informed of this well in advance. All smooth and got MOT sorted. Would recommend and I would also consider for a full service.

Amazing and efficient service, first time used them and had no issues. Good communication and you can track their progress. I was hesitant leaving my much loved car with a stranger but it all turned out great and exceeded expectations. Patrick was my fixter hero and he was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Car was returned ahead of schedule and service book stamped accordingly.
