I spoke with reception about the pathetic reviews I’ve seen from some people claiming the garage was at fault for something completely out of their (the garage) control. Being late is definitely a you problem. They have strict time frames they have to work with. Deal with it! Anyway, enough of that, you’re here for a review. -reception, absolutely lovely people and very friendly. - Hospitality, we had an issue that something wasn’t booked in correctly but! They sorted it out straight away and got everything sorted! -service, again absolutely amazing. They done things quickly and kept us updated with anything that needed our attention. Thanks again guys, we were anxious to try somewhere new but glad we did. Smashing job and we will be back next year.
Dropped the car off on Friday, Paul rung me back and told me what he thinks the problem is and quoted me, I gave the go ahead to do the work the following morning. Paul rung me back Saturday and said something doesn’t actually need changing, effectively saving me £100ish. Very honest and friendly guy, got the work done in good time!
