My brakes failed & my regular mechanic was away so I desperately searched online for a mechanic to come & help me. JL autos turned up on a weekend to come and check them out and fix there and then. They also pointed out my regular mechanic had been charging me for work & not undertaken it so I now had 2 dangerous cars on my hands. They showed me each defect & quoted me very reasonable prices & fixed everything to make my cars safe. Since then I have used them regularly for many different jobs & they are reliable very good value & excellent mechanics. I recently got told to scrap my car at the MOT due to the extent of repairs needed & was looking to lose a great deal of money as again my old mechanic didn’t check it over adequately & I purchased a bad car. No garage would help but JL Autos spent two days blood sweat & tears fixing & repairing it. I then had it checked for wheel alignment & another professional mechanic said the level of work was exceptional and extremely good value & whoever fixed it was one heck of a mechanic. So I have also had professional assessment that what they do is a high standard & quality. (Photo of old spring & repair attached for example). In this day & age it’s hard to find reliable & honest mechanics but my faith has well & truly been restored by JL Autos. Their service, work & price is second to none & nothing is too much for them they will try to help in any way they can. If you are checking reviews to see whether to use this company for your own vehicle then I would say a big YES as they really do a good & affordable job with knowledge second to none.

100% recommend. Took my new to me MX5 in to look at the tie rod and oil change. These people are mx5 specialists. Ive noticed the brakes are not very good and heard some other random noises in my car which I wasn't sure was normal or not as my car hasn't been ran in a while. He was able to point out those things wrong with my brakes and bushes which explains why it felt odd and was a good thing that I took it here. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Not only do they complete exactly what work you want efficiently (removed badly rusted exhaust and fitted new one in 25 minutes), they are the nicest and most down to earth lads out there. Very competitive pricing (way cheaper than main stream ones) and yet great quality and really great atmosphere. Just chat to the guys, really friendly and know their stuff ( ask owner about his cars and the work he's done). Like the saying goes, don't judge a book by it's cover. Cheers guys, will be back when I need help. UPDATE: Since this review, have been back another 2 times. 2nd was to again install a new bit of exhaust, and 3rd was to install new lowering springs to suspension all around and some new brake pads. I have used In N Out Norwich several times and now and always been really impressed by their work and customer service. I was moved to leave this review when they helped inspect my car after having had some work done by another garage on my clutch and gearbox (that garage I will never be using again) I was worried about the standard of work carried out. In n Out booked a free check in promptly the next day and started looking at it pretty much the moment I arrived. Shortly after Mark (one of the mechanics) invited me to see for myself the car whilst on the lift and he carefully pointed out anything I should note. He reassured me and gave me a good understanding of anything relevant I should note. He was very thorough and careful and clearly very experienced. But most of all, I really appreciated the excellent customer care and service and felt very well looked after. He even fixed my number plate which had just started falling off, all for free. Phil on reception was also exceptional and super friendly and helpful. Safe to say I will def only be coming here in the future for any repair works and all my service & MOTS as I feel they carry out excellent quality work and 5 star customer service! Thanks again guys!
