Excellent customer service I had a problem with the garage that was allocated to me, but Megan sorted it and gave me a full explanation of the problem, after speaking to the garage in question. She has assured me they will put a note on my file, not to allocate this garage to me on my request. She followed up everything she said she would and contacted me when she said she would. I booked online which was a really simple process. They changed my quote from £136 to £250, which is fair enough because I did think the price was an absolute bargain. A guy came and collected my car and dropped it back off. He was very polite and efficient. Brilliant service, could've been a little cheaper.
