Nice experience received a call when they where on way to collect car I then went about my day received an email saying car failed clicked on link (failed brake light bulb absolutely kicking myself normally check all bulbs first) agreed to price on them fixing it (£16.50 for a bloody bulb 😭 lesson learnt) but all in all good experience

A nice touch are the text messages you get during the day letting you know of progress. It says you worrying and needing to call to see everything is on track and no surprises.

Booked full service and MOT. All went very smoothly from pick up to drop off however they did try to get me to pay for a number of extras which were noted as advisory on the MOT which, upon checking, were more costly than the quoted cost of the same jobs if I booked them afresh with Fixter!
