Honda FR-V MOT and service bundle

A very hassle free process from start to finish. Communication good through emails and everything completed to schedule. A MOT certificate was left in the car but I would have appreciated a rundown of the various tests and any recommendations from the garage. Brilliant not to have to get back and forth to the garage and would definitely use them again.

Have used fixter on a couple of occasions and the service and updates of what was happening have been great, can’t fault them, but on this occasion I wasnt very happy,they picked the car up at the david time, and when it arrived at the garage they tex me to say it was there which was great, they told me it would be back before 6pm the latest, from the point they recieved the car I had no updates at all, didn’t even know if the car had passed mot or not,come 6 pm the car still had nit been returned to me, so I was thinking all kinds of things, then 7pm knock at the door they had bought my car back, no apologies for the lateness just gave me paper and said goodbye. But as I say have never had any trouble in the past, so I will use them again, despite lack of communication, and lateness of the return

Pickup - 30 mins late but ok Return - no car wash but ok Pricing could be better

It all went well, and the entire process from beginning to end didn't take that long as I had anticipated

They collected and returned my car on time and kept me informed during the inspection. They deserve the 5 stars.

The driver arrived on time and was really friendly. The communication from the garage was great and my car is running really well. The delivery was early and simple. Really worth the time it saved me.
