This is the second year in a row I have used this service. There was a last minute change on their side on pick up time, which affected me being late for work. other than that it was efficient and the drivers were great.

Second time booking with fixter, they actually sent me an email reminder about when my mot was due which was helpful. I also had a credit from my last booking with them though it wasn’t easy to tell whether it applied or not but other than that they booked me with a lovely garage who picked up and returned the car from my home. Car passed the MOT and everything went smoothly.

This is a great business model. I have had the service and MOT done by two different garages and it was spot on on both occasions. As a busy professional and a parent I appreciate this service exists so I don't have to take a day off for it. Garages are prompt and communicative throughout the day. There is an option to get things fixed and pay for it straight away.
