So glad I came across Fixter, they make things so simple and easy, stress free.This is the second time I have used them and both times I have been more than impressed. I needed a new auxiliary belt for my Renault Capture and when I call Renault (Martins Basingstoke) they quoted me £520!! Fixter charged me £62.50 plus they collected the car from my home and delivered it back the same day.Incredible price difference.

With my location it is difficult to find a garage and then get back to work so for it to be collected and dropped off is ideal for me. They collected my car on time, text me the repairs needed for the MOT, you can easily accept or decline minor repairs on your phone, then it was returned on time. Will definitely use this service again and would recommend.

Highly recommend this as it makes an annual chore be easy! Especially for those who do not have a relationship with a local garage or know what/how to get things done!! Good and smoothe communication as I was at work and unable to pick my phone up to complete work needed. Very happy with this and will use again!

Reducing this to four stars, based on the fact that I have just tried to look at a replacement battery for another car in our household, which is currently SORN - We need a battery to make it roadworthy, and the Fixter system won't entertain it, which is an area for improvement for me. Everything else is true and correct, though this is a bit disappointing and we'll now have to look elsewhere. Everything a service based company should be. From start to finish the process was simple, efficient and most importantly, excellent value for money. So many businesses in the UK could learn a thing or two from this organisation. I will go to Fixter first in future and hope that their model continues to remain as just as it is.

The website was easy, quick. Thought it would be too expensive but we managed it. I had to call their customer service to change a date and they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable. The money is not taken until the job is done. The couriers picking up and dropping off the car were great, polite, professional - there is an option to tip when you book the job, not compulsory but we tipped £5 as the garage was about 30 minutes away for them to drive over to us. Extremely convenient service, we will definitely use Fixter again.

Despite some issues with the car being collected the overall customer service to sort it out and still ensure it was MOT'd on the same day was good. Once collected it was a quick and simple process and the driver was very professional when collecting.
