I have taken my car to a few garages to diagnose and fix a niggling issue. They promised to get back to me saying they needed to get some parts but they never did. After waiting for weeks I finally found Fixter using Copoilot and I must say it is the best service I’ve ever had. It is like a concierge service where everything is done for you and you are updated on the progress of the work being done. I had my car picked up, the fault repaired at last, and delivered back to me the same day though it was scheduled to be returned the next day. Truly I can’t recommend them enough. Ease of getting quote & then booking with one of your selected garages. I find the collection & delivery service good value & make the whole process even simpler & saving time & logistics.

Loved the pickup and dropoff, made my life very convenient. Called to check that the drop off had taken place. Screen wash top up was a nice touch

The service of collecting and returning my car was outstanding, communication from the garage was good advising what needed attention, however there was no information given on what exactly was checked during the service which would have been good to know.
