This service is the future! I’m very busy with work which results I’m not having much time dealing with personal things such as my car. I noticed that the water pump was leaking so found Fixter and thought I’ll give it a try, I was skeptical at first but happy I made the move as this will be my go to option now. The whole pickup/drop off procedure was amazing and kept me regularly updated, I was quoted £400 for timing belt & water pump but garage was honest and changed price to £207 as only water pump needed to be changed, it’s hard to find honest garages now a days! I will deffo recommend Fixter to friends & families.

Faultless Service! Very easy to arrange the service on line. Charming and polite young chap picked up the car at the allotted time. Great communication throughout the day advising on any required additional work and associated costs on the vehicle. Car returned bang on time and drives like a new car! Service could not be faulted. Would recommend to all.

Great service. Car collected and taken to garage. The part wasnt in stock only a more expensive part, bumping the quoted price close to other prices. Not fixters fault. Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

Great service for people who have better things to do than spend the entire day waiting at a dealership! Used Fixter for MOT (for the first time) and found them reliable and good value for money!

Fixter were great. They communicated that they couldn't pick up the car at my requested date with plenty of notice. Once I changed it, they were here early and picked up the car. The brakes and discs were changed in a couple of hours and it was duly returned by 10am. Zero hassle, super communicative and efficient and saved me from waiting in garages. Highly recommended!
