Very good service but would’ve liked the car back a little sooner than I got it back.

Fourth year I’ve used this service for my car’s service and MOT, and continue to be happy with the process of having it collected at an agreed time and work carried out by the appointed local garage. It was easy to book/schedule, I received updates prior to and during the works - including reviewing and agreeing on any additional work that needed carrying out, and my car was returned at the appointed time.

I book the front disc and brake, fan belt to replace and collect & delivery of the car it went really well they come in a decent time to pick up the car but didn't have so much communication when they delivered back the car although the car when I got back in my house it has been delivered, and one other thing is about the price I've been quoted one price and than got an increase because the original price wasn't up-to-date. But all went well I think is great company with great potential and the car is fine so thanks you for that.

Loved the pickup and dropoff, made my life very convenient. Called to check that the drop off had taken place. Screen wash top up was a nice touch

As always with this service, all went smoothly and the garage could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend!!

Honestly was a really easy and great service. The driver was a bit early to pick up my car(better than late), I was updated with the service throughout the day via text and email. My MOT failed and they made it so easy to highlight what was wrong and what it would cost to fix and one swipe and my car was fixed up and returned. Would use again.

I have found that dealing with Fixter very easy & straightforward & the quality of work done by the various garages that are on their list is efficient & very good.

Ease of getting quote & then booking with one of your selected garages. I find the collection & delivery service good value & make the whole process even simpler & saving time & logistics.
