Very straightforward process for booking. On the day, the mechanic phoned to say he was on his way at the prearranged time. Was kept informed throughout the day and the car was returned, again, at the prearranged time. Can’t fault Fixter or the garage. (Last year I used servicingstop - was the worst experience I have ever dealt with regarding my car/MOT, so Fixter have absolutely restored my faith.)

The Fixter’s garage was not able to fix my car which made me a bit worried however the customer support has been above and beyond especially when they accepted their fault and refunded me the payment.

As before car picked up & dropped back to me same day full service was done as well as mot very good

Fixter were great, we had constant communication throughout the day when the car was in the garage and pick up/drop off was on time and super convenient to not have to take time off work. The cost of the service was also cheaper than we got quoted at our local Citroen garage
