This is a great business model. I have had the service and MOT done by two different garages and it was spot on on both occasions. As a busy professional and a parent I appreciate this service exists so I don't have to take a day off for it. Garages are prompt and communicative throughout the day. There is an option to get things fixed and pay for it straight away.

Can't fault the MOT & Service Centre, just a bit disappointed at the customer service by Fixter, whom I tried to contact through various channels and no contact received at all. I do like the ease of using the platform, it really is very convenient, just would have appreciated a response by customer service.

Second time I have used fixter. I am very impressed. I used a well known company before which cost double and left my car in a dangerous state. I would only use fixter in the future and have told all my friends to use them.

Super easy. Book online and car is collected. There was some additional work needed on my car and everything is communicated online along with if you wish to go ahead. Car was returned at the end of the day all fixed. Hassle free, good comms and clear explanation of work and cost.

Everything as booked and expected. Very impressive service overall. Driver friendly and respectful.
