Nick picked up my car early in the morning , he came at 9 am which I was happy about as that means that I’ll have the car early afternoon, which I did . I received my car back at 2 pm on the same day, MOT was done and they replaced my front wipes of course after getting my permission , I was already aware that my wipes were bent and so they didn’t work well I was happy with the result , my car returned early in the afternoon by Nick .. who I would describe him as a star worker , he is just the best Very happy with the service, I am definitely going to use Fixter for my MOT and for any repairs needed Thank you so much

Have used fixter on a couple of occasions and the service and updates of what was happening have been great, can’t fault them, but on this occasion I wasnt very happy,they picked the car up at the david time, and when it arrived at the garage they tex me to say it was there which was great, they told me it would be back before 6pm the latest, from the point they recieved the car I had no updates at all, didn’t even know if the car had passed mot or not,come 6 pm the car still had nit been returned to me, so I was thinking all kinds of things, then 7pm knock at the door they had bought my car back, no apologies for the lateness just gave me paper and said goodbye. But as I say have never had any trouble in the past, so I will use them again, despite lack of communication, and lateness of the return

What a great concept! Have been using Fixter for a few years now and it really is a great service. The booking process is very simple and you can always speak to someone on the phone who are super helpful. Competitive prices are found and pick up and drop off always punctual. Would highly recommend!

Pickup and delivery drivers were great. Car disappeared and came back with the same warning light showing, so had to repeat the process, free of charge the second time. Seemed to be a disconnect between Fixter and the garage. It's a good service and I would be happy to use them again as they tried to remedy the problem - and succeeded.

Great efficient hassle free service With amazing customer care

Fantastic service provided. This is the second time I’ve used Fixter for my annual MOT and service and can’t fault the service they have provided. Excellent customer service and 5 star rating from me. Will definitely use again next year. Thanks so much everyone at Fixter
