Great experience and great communication from Fixter. Would definitely use again. Ideal for people working from home as pick up and delivery time of the car may still vary in accordance with the deadlines...bus as I work from home had no issue to wait for a bit. It's a good concept and Idea in theory, but unfortunately really might be slightly different...as you can't always control the garages...and yes you still need to be there to hand over the keys, or collect the keys once returned. But as I said if any issue Fixter are quick to jump in and get answers for you. Thanks guys, 5 Stars can't fault your input.

Booking was easy and fixter kept me up to date with where my vehicle was booked in and for when. Having the vehicle picked up and dropped off worked well as we only have the one vehicle and we both work full time. So getting it down to a garage and having to wait for it is difficult. The only slight issue was that the garage didn't collect our vehicle in the time slot specified, and hadn't notified us of the delay. However after speaking with a Fixter operator they got us an update and the vehicle was picked up within the hour.

A very good, reliable and efficient service. Communicative and flexible when I needed the car returned later than scheduled. Would 100% use again.

The ease as my car was collected. Mot done and sorted any problems. Then returned without having to do a thing. It was quick and efficient.

Great experience. Friendly/prompt collection. Job completed in the agreed timeframe and they even popped my bumper back in whilst they had the car.
