Suzuki radiator replacement

The guy collected my car around 10.30 (slightly later than expected but traffic was heavy). Was told it maybe closer to 7pm when it would return.(Despite being texted earlier in day saying it would before.) By 8pm there was no sign and no one to get in touch with!! Panic started rising. Had I been had or something similar? At 9pm the door bell went - expecting the worst, I was surprised to find the guy from earlier looking for somewhere to put car keys. Relief!! Driver apologised over the lateness blaming too much work. At least the car had its service and passed its MOT. So we're good to go.... 👍🏻 But next time a phone call would be appreciated be if you're going to be late!

Needed to get my car MOTd in a hurry. Never used Fixer before, but will in future. Local garage picked up my car in the morning, brought it back after the MOT. Quick, easy and trustworthy.

I was slightly annoyed that they let me book an appointment for 2 days time, then immediately cancelled and offered a booking in 3 weeks. However, this was over the Xmas period and better than other local garages. One the actually day I was really happy with their communication and customer service. I will definitely be using again and recommending. I loved the clear pricing structure

Total game changer. I completely forgot to pre-book an MOT appointment and my usual garage was fully booked for weeks by the time I called them. I thus used Fixter for the first time. Took 2 mins to book, with an appointment in two days time and the service was excellent. Collected, serviced, MOT-ed and delivered back, all in one day. So impressed.

Fixter could not have been easier to use. Very helpful, flexible and lovely to deal with. Updates via text and email regarding the progress of my MOT and service as well as friendly local pick up and drop off team. Well prices and although works needed to be done, prices were reasonable. Very happy and have recommended!
