The work was done over two days instead of one. It wasn’t the garages fault to be fair but Fixter’s communication was poor during the process. I would recommend using the scheme as it was cost effective and hopefully my brake pipes that were replaced out live the car.

Fixter MOT and service
I used Fixer for the first time. My car was picked up on time and I was kept informed about my vehicle throughout the MOT. The only thing I was a little concerned about was that I had no paperwork to say that my car had been picked up, although they did notify me that it had arrived safely. The car was returned on time later in the day. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Well done.

Great concept and Idea
Great experience and great communication from Fixter. Would definitely use again. Ideal for people working from home as pick up and delivery time of the car may still vary in accordance with the deadlines...bus as I work from home had no issue to wait for a bit. It's a good concept and Idea in theory, but unfortunately really might be slightly different...as you can't always control the garages...and yes you still need to be there to hand over the keys, or collect the keys once returned. But as I said if any issue Fixter are quick to jump in and get answers for you. Thanks guys, 5 Stars can't fault your input.
